CHRISTIE BRINKLEY resumed
testimony yesterday at her divorce trial in New York, saying it
was a "nightmare" to throw a birthday party with 30 children
after learning of her husband's affair with a teenager. The
model and ex-wife of BILLY JOEL also said she tried to protect
her kids from the specifics concerning her split from architect
PETER COOK.
Brinkley and Cook are disputing custody of their two children.
Last week, Cook testified about his affair, as well as his
online porn purchases.

Meet Olive and Velvet~
These adorable sisters came from a litter of 9.
Mom was a black lab and "papa was a rolling
stone". They are super sweet and have pretty
laid back personalities for little puppies. They
are mostly housebroken and quiet down soon after
being put into their crates at night. Olive is
more outgoing and adventurous, and Velvet is
more shy and cuddly. We would love for them to
go into a home together but if not, they should
adjust quickly to their new homes as long as
they get plenty of exercise, love, and
attention. 8 week old puppies are like a
full-time job!
Olive, Velvet and their 7 OTHER SIBLINGS are a
stark reminder why CHA urges all pet owners to
SPAY or NEUTER your dogs and cats at a young
