How does the Online Outlet
work?
Local restaurants, businesses and services
have partnered with us to give you a
terrific opportunity to try a new or
favorite restaurant, product or service for
half price. Each week, several businesses
will be featured and you will have the
opportunity to purchase their gift
certificates or items for half price. For
example, you may purchase a $20 gift
certificate for just $10 (plus shipping and
handling) online through the Online Outlet
website. Your certificate or product is
mailed directly to you.
When is the Online Outlet
open? When do you restock?
The Online Outlet is open to shop 24 hours,
7 days a week. We will restock new items
and items that sold out from the previous
week each Friday at 9:30AM (unless otherwise
noted). The Online Outlet will also feature
sale items restocked on select Tuesdays at
6PM.
Do I need to be a member of
your Loyal Listener Club to use the Online
Outlet?
No, but we would still love for you to join!
Why is there a shipping and handling fee?
How much is it?
The shipping and handling fee covers the
processing of your order including postage and fulfillment.
Can I combine items to save
on postage fees?
You may place multiple items in your
shopping cart. However, you will be charged
the fee for each individual item placed in
your shopping cart.
How do I place multiple items
in my shopping cart?
Simply click the back arrow on your Internet
browser after you hit the “Buy” button on
the item you want. This will allow you to
add additional items into your shopping
cart.
May I place multiple
quantities of the same item into my shopping
cart?
No. You may only order one of the same item
during your transaction. You are limited in
order to protect from any individual from
hording a particular item and to allow
everyone a fair opportunity to purchase his
or her favorite items.
Is buying online through
Online Outlet safe?
The Online Outlet website uses secure socket
layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure
communications by encrypting all data to and
from the site.
How long will it take to get
the gift certificates?
The certificates are sent first class mail
and should be received within 5-7 business
days unless otherwise noted. Please keep in
mind of delays that may occur with Federal
or office holidays, and business closings
due to severe weather.
What if I do not receive my
gift certificate?

number for faster service.
Can I use the gift
certificates immediately?
Certificates can be used as soon as they are
received.
But I need my gift
certificate now!
You may claim your order at our business
offices during operating hours. You will
still be charged your shipping & handling
fees. Please call Mark Buckingham at (614)
451-2191 prior to your order to
arrange a pick-up time.
What do I do with the e-mail
confirmation?
Save the confirmation for your records. You
should receive one confirmation for each
transaction.
What credit cards are
supported? Can I use PayPal?
Only MasterCard® and Visa® are accepted at
this time. PayPal is not accepted at this
time.
Can we redeem the gift
certificates for cash?
No, the gift certificates are not redeemable
for cash.
Can we use the gift
certificates for alcohol?
Generally the gift certificates may not be
used for alcohol - please check with the
restaurant.
If I don’t use full amount of
the certificate, will I get cash back?
Restaurants / merchants will not give cash
back. Please note, these business are not
obligated to offer you a credit on any
unused portion of your gift certificate.
Can we use more than one gift
certificate per table or purchase?
No, generally there is a limit of one gift
certificate per table or purchase. Please
check with the merchant.
Can a certificate be used for
multiple visits to the restaurant /
merchant?
It is up to the restaurant / merchant but
generally a certificate can only be used for
one visit.
What happens if the merchant
closes?

immediately. Generally you will receive an
email once we learn of a business that
closes their doors. This email will give
you instructions on how to get a refund on
your gift certificate. We will not refund
any expired gift certificate under any
circumstance. As of Monday, June 18th,
2007, we will no longer refund the shipping
& handling fee of your transaction due to a
closing of a business.
